John Witte

Owner / Business and Network Solutions Specialist

Hello, I’m John, co-owner of Rural Solutions. With decades of professional experience in the tech industry, I’ve learned that reliable support is about more than just fixing hardware - it’s about helping people. I specialize in providing practical, straightforward solutions for a wide range of clients, including local homes, family farms, schools, and businesses. Whether I’m optimizing a business network, setting up equipment, or helping a neighbor understand their technology, my goal is to provide honest guidance and dependable service. I want our customers to feel assured that they are getting the right solutions for their needs. When I’m not at the shop, I’m usually working on the farm with Theresa and my son or playing my guitar. I look forward to continuing to serve our great rural community.

Theresa Witte

Owner / Tech Services Manager

I’m Theresa, co-owner and manager of RSI. For more than 15 years, I’ve helped local families and businesses with computer repairs, new setups, security concerns, and everyday tech questions. I enjoy helping people make sense of technology without all the confusing tech talk. I believe in educating our customers and explaining things clearly so they feel safe and confident using their technology. Troubleshooting is one of my favorite parts of the job - especially when it comes to tracking down stubborn problems, printer issues, and those “it worked yesterday” moments. When I’m not at the shop, you’ll find me staying busy on the farm, gardening, restoring furniture, or spending time with John and our family. I’m glad to be part of our community and look forward to helping you with your next technology project.

Alexa Muntean

Computer Repair Technician

Hi, I’m Alexa. Yes, like the Amazon Alexa - but I came first. I started working at Rural Solutions when I was 14, and it has been the best job with the absolute greatest bosses. I’ve always been the “techy” person in my family and I love helping people, so this has been a perfect fit. Over the past 7 years, I’ve gained a lot of hands-on experience helping customers with all sorts of computer issues, and I want customers to feel confident knowing they’re in good hands. Working at RSI also gave me the flexibility to start my own photography business, Alexa Claire Photography LLC. When I’m not working, I love to read, sing at church, and spend many late nights yapping with my three older sisters. While I could, of course, go on about myself, I’m more interested in hearing about you and how we at RSI can help!
