Betty has joined the ranks as a "crafter" in many area shows displaying a variety of organic flours as well as our own 100% Whole Wheat Bread Mix for Breadmakers (makes a 1.5 pound loaf). Farm Bureau has included the breadmixes in their gift box of MN grown products. Another outlet for the products has come as a result of the MN Dept. of Ag. encouraging residents to use local food items.

The Noordmans, along with their four children, have farmed Dale's home farm since the early 1970's The 250 acre farm was converted to organic production in the early 90's. Six years later they became certified organic.
